Martin founded Sea in 2020 and has held an interest and passion for Recruitment since 2001.
Having previously founded Edward Mann Group and worked at a leading global recruitment business he is responsible for building the Sea Global brand.
He continues to work closely with the Sea Global consulting team to drive the business forward and develop a market leading Recruitment solution for its Candidates and Clients.
