Matthew founded Sea Global in 2020 and has been in recruitment since 2003.
Having previously founded Edward Mann Group and built his experience initially at Robert Half his vision for Sea Global was to create a brand known for quality and develop that into a leader in its specialism.
Matthew continues to support the business and the wider group as we expand into other territories.
