Location: Birmingham / Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Salary & Package:£50,000 - £58,000 (DOE) + 25 days holiday (increasing to 30) + private healthcare + an additional strong benefits package!

With continued expansion and an increasing demand for their services, the team is now looking to add another Procurement Manager and Senior Procurement Manager to join their collaborative and forward-thinking function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities

• Manage framework mini-competitions, direct contract awards and DPS tenders

• Develop and nurture relationships with internal colleagues and external clients

• Ensure contracts are compliant and meet specific needs of members and the public contract regulations (PCR 2015/PA 2023)

• Manage stakeholder relationships

• Opportunity to manage direct reports

Experience & Requirements

• Experience with end-to-end procurement

• Knowledge relating to DPS, e-procurement platforms and frameworks

• Experience working with public sector regulations (PCR 2015/Procurement Act 2023)

• MCIPS or working towards (beneficial but not essential)

• Strong work ethic and can manage multiple priorities at once
