Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with an exceptional manufacturing business who are an industry leader and household name. They are looking to add a multiple procurement professionals to the team during an exciting period of transformation.
The role sits within the Procurement function, which is central to driving cost efficiency, vendor performance, and end-to-end procurement. They are looking for up-and-coming and experienced procurement professionals that want to help drive the function forward and improve the already strong foundations through strategic category management.
You'll be part of a team focused on strategic sourcing, vendor management, and internal stakeholder collaboration, reporting to or working closely with other procurement professionals and manufacturing personnel.
They have multiple roles available across direct and indirect categories so whether you have raw materials, services, capex, or opex experience there is a role that could be suitable for you!

Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute category-specific sourcing strategies
Manage tenders and vendor proposals (e.g., RFI, RFP, e-sourcing)
Engage with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs
Monitor vendor performance and manage supplier relationships
Ensure full compliance with internal procedures
Experience & Requirements
Proven procurement experience (ideally in heavy manufacturing, supply chain, or services)
Familiarity with strategic sourcing and tendering processes
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities
CIPS or working towards (beneficial but not essential)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex information
