Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Home based, with travel to UK sites
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits package
Sea Global are proud to be partnering with a multi-site private organisation, who are looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to support the Head of Procurement, who has led a the function for several years and is now looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to support several ongoing projects.
He is ideally looking for someone who has experience across broad indirects, including Utilities, Energy, FM, Estates, Professional Services and HR. The successful candidate will be play a pivotal role in shaping procurement strategy, ensuring value for money, and supporting our infrastructure upgrade and sustainability programmes. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll deliver measurable results through effective supplier management, compliance, and innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage procurement across energy efficiency upgrades, infrastructure projects, and asset replacements
Oversee sourcing and contracts for consultancy services, condition surveys, and improvement programme suppliers
Develop business cases and cost models to evaluate ROI, cost recovery, and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure transparent governance, compliance with regulations (e.g., ESOS), and consistent supplier performance management
Drive best practice through competitive tendering, PSL management, and change initiatives in training and procurement processes
Experience & Requirements
Experienced in procurement management, particularly in estates/facilities, energy management, or professional services
Skilled in end-to-end tendering, supplier selection, and contract management
Strong knowledge of cost recovery models, operational recharges, and related financial frameworks
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
MCIPS or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
