Sea Global are proud to be partnering with one of the leading Financial Services Groups in the world. They are currently in the latter stages of a big transformation, which has resulted in this exciting Procurement Manager vacancy.
You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services in line with the businesses strategic and operational objectives.
They are looking for someone who has experience within the Financial Services or a similar industry who is comfortable leading end-to-end procurement, category management, vendor and contract management, compliance, and stakeholder relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities
Develop and deliver category strategies that align with business goals through informed market insights.
Select, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships and contracts to optimise value, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards.
Lead end-to-end procurement operations in line with best practices, ensuring transparency, governance, and adherence to all legal and ethical requirements.
Enhance procurement performance by driving cost savings, monitoring KPIs, and improving spend efficiency to support overall financial objectives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with strategic initiatives and provide expert advice on sourcing and vendor engagement.
Experience & Requirements
Experience in end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and category management
Excellent understanding of procurement policies and procedures
Proven experience of contract management and negotiating terms
Strong communication skills and can demonstrate influencing senior management
Ideally will be degree and MCIPS qualified
