Salary & Package:£70,000 - £80,000 + bonus + a further strong benefits package
Sea Global are proud to be partnering with an exciting Manufacturing client who are in the process of transforming their procurement function. They are a small-medium sized team who are striving to become a leading procurement function, which has resulted in this exciting Procurement Manager vacancy becoming available.
You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and vendor management of raw materials and components in line with the businesses strategic and operational objectives.
They are looking for someone who has experience within Manufacturing or a similar sector who is comfortable leading end-to-end procurement, contract management, negotiations, compliance, and stakeholder relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities
Select, negotiate, onboard, and manage supplier relationships and contracts to optimise value, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards.
Develop and deliver category strategies that align with business goals through informed market insights.
Lead end-to-end procurement operations in line with best practices, ensuring transparency, governance, and adherence to all legal and ethical requirements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with strategic initiatives and provide expert advice on sourcing and vendor engagement.
Experience & Requirements
Experience in end-to-end procurement and contract management
Strong communication skills and can demonstrate influencing senior management
Knowledge of raw materials and component suppliers is desirable
Ideally will be degree and MCIPS qualified but this isn't essential
