Title: Procurement Specialist

Location: Orlando / Hybrid (2 days a week on site / 3 days a week remote)

Pay: $35 an hour

Sea Global are currently partnering with an exciting Orlando-based business who are currently implementing a number of key projects and programmes. They are a leader within the Aviation sector and have a strong track record to suit.

They are looking for a well rounded procurement professional who is keen to continue developing their procurement skills with a supportive and exciting business! As a result of this, they are looking to appoint a Procurement Specialist to join their busy, fast paced function.

Role & Responsibilities

Purchase materials, supplies, equipment and services in a timely fashion and of a quality and price consistent with needs
Prepare solicitation packages for all procurement methods – RFQ, RFP, Bids etc
Obtain quotes, bids, and proposals and negotiate prices, terms, discounts, services, delivery, and transportation with vendors as appropriate
Manage procurement projects within a range of categories

Experience & Requirements

3+ years procurement experience across a range of categories
Experience processing solicitations in an e-procurement system
Familiarity with State of Florida Contracts, and statutes pertaining to public procurement (beneficial, but not essential)
