Job Title: Sustainable Procurement x2 (VP & AVP roles available)

Location: London or Bucharest – hybrid

Salary:£55,000 – £110,000 (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about sustainability and procurement? Join a global, leading Financial Services business who are expanding global procurement team of 170+ colleagues in Bucharest or London as they lead the way in sustainable sourcing. There are two newly created roles dedicated to supporting the business’ global sustainable procurement strategy.

As a VP or AVP in Sustainable Procurement, you will work closely with our UK-based team to deliver sustainability objectives. Your expertise will help shape how they measure, reduce, and manage carbon across their supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the business’ sustainable procurement strategy

• Engage with external organisations focused on carbon reduction (e.g., CDP)

• Lead initiatives related to Scope 3 carbon calculation, measurement, and reduction

• Deliver training and guidance on Scope 3 to colleagues and suppliers

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Scope 3 calculation, reduction, and carbon measurement

• Experience engaging with external sustainability organisations is a plus

• Experience delivering training on carbon measurement or sustainable procurement is desirable

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with global teams
